中国古代“治世”之政治成因及其现实价值

在中国封建社会 ,曾出现了几段社会安定、政治清明的“治世”时期。从政治方面来分析 ,这是跟当时统治阶级采取为官择人 ,注重吏治 ;改革法制 ,取信于民 ;减轻刑律 ,缓和矛盾 ;广开言路 ,虚心纳谏等政策分不开的。目前 ,我们应以史为鉴 ,从历代“治世”中汲取积极合理的因素 ,从加强干部队伍建设、健全和完善法制、努力提高民众的参政程度等方面入手 ,以有利于全面建设小康社会。

Political Reasons of Successful Ruling in Ancient China and the Practical Values

In Chinese feudal society, there appeared several successfully ruled periods with stable society and well-ordered administration. Analyzing its political reasons, we can see that it is inseparable from the measures adopted by the ruling class, including choosing proper cadres, paying attention to educating officers, reforming laws, establishing trust among people, lessening punishment, softening contradiction, and taking advice modestly, etc. At present, to build a well-off society, we should use the history for reference, learn from the positive and reasonable factors of the successful ruling in ancient China, and take such measures as strengthening the construction of cadres group, improving and perfecting our law system, and improving people's degree of political participation.
