| 摘 要： | 本文通过高速摄影,拍摄到钳板开启后须丛头回挺的全过程,从而获得须丛抬头所需时间须丛移的变化规律。鉴于现有精梳机存在须头不良问题,本文还对受须丛抬头不良干扰的分离丛进行了理论分析,得出精梳棉网“鱼鳞斑”是须丛抬头不良所致。这些研究工作为棉纺精梳机的设计和调试提供了重要依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the whole process of the tuft rising has been taken by high-speed hotography, and the time needed by tuft rising as well as the moving regularity of the tuft have been abtained.seeing that now there is bad tuft rising in some combs, the theory analysis has been made to the detached tuft interfered by bad tuft rising. The conclusion is that the "fish slale" state of combed web is coused by bad tuft rising.These Work suport a important foundation for the design and adjustment of combs. |
