西方发达国家农村现代化的实现证明了农村经济的发展需要农村金融源源不断的支持；而我国要进行新农村建设、实现农村现代化同样需要农村金融的发展及对农村经济发展的支持,因此,对农村的研究就离不开对农村金融的研究.对农业信贷补贴论、农村金融市场论和不完全竞争市场论进行梳理和分析,旨在对学界进行农村金融深入研究提供参考,并对政府出台相关促进农村金融发展的政策措施提供理论依据.

Hence the research on the rural area cannot be done without the rural finance research. The review and analysis on agricultural credit subsidies theory, the rural financial market theory andthe incomplete competitive market theory from aspects of premise hypothesis, defect and evaluation aims to provide reference to further research on rural financial and the theoretical guidance for the government to formulate related policies and measures for advancing rural financial development.
