摘    要:为改善永磁同步直线电机的伺服性能 ,需要研究减小其推力波动的技术措施。分析了永磁同步直线电机推力波动的机理 ,指出推力纹波、齿槽效应和端部效应是引起永磁同步直线电机推力波动的最主要原因 ,探讨了减小永磁同步直线电机推力波动的技术措施 ,指出在次级磁路确定之后 ,选择适当的初级电流控制策略可以减小永磁同步直线电机的推力纹波 ;在初级结构和电流控制策略确定之后 ,选择合适的次级磁铁充磁方式、磁铁形状及排列方式 ,也可有效地削弱推力波动 ;齿槽效应和端部效应是产生推力波动的重要原因 ,通过适当的初、次级磁路设计方案可予以削弱

Abstract:Servo characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors (PMSLM) was improved by studying measures to reduce the thrust fluctuation in PMSLM. Thrust ripple, the cogging effect and the edge effect are the main reasons of thrust fluctuation. The thrust fluctuation due to thrust ripple can be reduced by proper current control strategy. The thrust fluctuation can also be greatly reduced by proper selection of magnet shapes and positioning and magnetizing methods. The cogging effect and edge effect, the important reasons of thrust fluctuation, can be greatly reduced by proper design of the primary and secondary structure.
