| Abstract: | A harmonious society is surely one under the rule of law; the rule of law is the basic characteristic and the important requirement of a harmonious society. The significance and the guidelines for establishing the rule of law of a harmonious society have been stressed at the sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. These guidelines will lead us to establishing the rule of law of a harmonious society and thereby advancing the social fairness and justice. |
