贵溪闪速炉造锍熔炼过程计算机模拟

摘    要:利用作者建立的贵溪闪速炉造锍熔炼过程的热力学模型,对贵溪闪速炉造锍熔炼过程进行了计算机模拟,并对贵溪闪速炉控制的3个关键参数即冰铜品位、冰铜温度及渣中mFe/mSiO2进行模拟,取得了良好效果.此外,还进一步讨论了富氧体积分数、反应塔油耗、粉煤代油、精矿成份等因素对贵溪闪速炉熔炼过程的影响.

Abstract:The computer simulation of Guixi flash furnace process for copper matte smelting has been carried out by means of the thermodynamic model developed by the authors. Three important parameters for production controlling, i. e., the matte grade, matte temperature and the mFe/mSiO2 ratio in slags, have been successfully simulated. The influence of oxygen concentration, fuel oil consumption, fuel oil replacement by powdered coal and concentrate composition, etc. on smelting process is also discussed.
