论独立学院大学英语教学团队的建设与管理

教师素质是提高教学质量的关键,也是大学英语课程建设与发展的关键。近年来,独立学院发展迅猛,在扩大高等教育资源和高校办学规模方面都起到了积极的作用。独立学院有其自身的特点,在大学英语教学团队的建设与管理过程中,独立学院需要结合实际情况,走出一条符合院校特色、具有可操作性的科学发展道路。大学英语教学团队梯队建设与管理,一是要重点培养专职英语教师,二是要有效地利用外聘教师资源,三是要建立科学的激励和约束机制,最终达到提高大学英语教学质量的目的。

On Construction and Management of College English Teaching Team in Independent Colleges

Teachers＇ quality is the key to the improvement of teaching quality and the key to the construction and development of college English course. Growing quickly in recent years,independent colleges have had a positive effect on expanding advanced education resources and scale. In view of their characteristics,independent colleges need to look for a scientific and feasible way to improve the construction and management of college English teaching team based on the practical conditions and instances. For the echelon formation of this team,three important aspects are considered to improve the teaching quality： the first is to attach importance to cultivate full-time English teachers,the second is to make good use of external teachers and the third is to establish scientific incentive and constraint mechanism.
