摘    要:设计一种能实现远程遥控,检测仓库周围有无火灾,若有火灾发生,及时报警并灭火。通过寻迹摄像头完成寻迹功能,通过可旋转的侦查摄像头,全方位地侦查仓库周围环境有无火灾现象。改变传统依靠人或者固定摄像头发现火灾现象并预警的不及时性和漏报的情况。大大提高检测性能。该设计采用MC9S12XS128单片机为机器人主控制核心,采用STC5410AD单片机为操作平台的控制核心,采用直流无刷电机及控制电路为机器人驱动部分。采用多传感器实现火源检测、图像传输等功能。软件设计采用C语言开发。整个系统设计灵巧,具有高可靠性、高灵敏性、低误报率等特点,使用效果良好。

Abstract:A remote control robot is designed to detect whether there is a fire around warehouses,if a fire occurs,it will alarm. Tracing is done by tracing camera and the rotatable camera is used to detect the warehouse surrounding from all directions,which changes the conditions of time delay or missing alarm of the traditional fire detection of warning by relying on manual or fixed cameras and it greatly improves the performance. The design uses MC9S12XS128 SCM as the master control core for the robot,STC5410AD SCM as the control core of the operational platform and brushless DC motors and control circuits as the robot-driving parts. The multi-sensor is used for fire source detection and image transmission. Software is programmed by C language. The system design with the characteristics of flexibility,high reliability,sensitivity and low false alarm rate has good usage results.
