山西省青年劳动者就业质量的思考

近年来,山西省作为能源重化工大省,产业结构与其他省份相比缺乏一定的合理性,其青年劳动者的就业质量在整个经济发展中起着非常重要的作用,应当引起高度重视。因此,本文以山西省青年劳动者的就业质量为主要研究内容,从就业质量的相关概念的界定开始,结合实证数据资料分析现状,发现其中存在的主要问题,提出完善建议。

Reflections on the Employment Quality of Young Workers in Shanxi Province

In recent years,as a major province of energy and heavy chemical industry,the industrial structure of Shanxi Province lacks of reasonability compared to other provinces. The employment quality of young workers plays a significant role in the whole economic development,which should be paid great attention to. Therefore,taking the employment quality of young workers as the focus of the study,this paper starts from the definition of relevant concepts,combines current status of the empirical data analysis,detects the major problems existed and puts forward some suggestions.
