| Abstract: | It is Scddied in the poper that amino acid is prepared by means of the combination ofhydrolysis of plant proteinasc and organic acid and the experiment indicates that hydrolysis of animalblood catalyzed by the combination of protetinase and acid is superior to that catalyzed only byproteinase or acid. |
