| 摘 要： | 根据小浪底二标中德意联营体CGIC及水电工程十四局小浪底项目部在小浪底施工中的实际,探索项目法施工的管理经验,得出了项目法施工在小浪底工程中实现了用工制度、队伍的多功能发展和设备的集中修理三大突破的结论.
