| 摘 要： | 建设新时代民航强国需要发挥科技创新的核心驱动作用。分析了民航强国的发展内涵和对科技创新的基本要求,认为民航科技创新需要在提供发展新动能、增强有效供给、突破资源约束、提高自主创新能力及应对新一轮科技革命等方面满足新的形势要求。民航科技创新主要方向包括基础设施、运输装备、运行技术和运输组织4个方面。 |

| Abstract: | To build a civil aviation power in the new era, technological innovation must act as the key driving force. This paper analyzes the connotation of civil aviation power and its requirements for technological innovation. Civil aviation technological innovation needs to meet the new situational requirements in terms of providing new momentum for development, enhancing effective supply, breaking resource constraints, improving independent innovation capabilities, and responding to the new round of technological revolution. The main directions of civil aviation technological innovation include four aspects:infrastructure, transportation equipment, operation technology and transportation organization. |
