杭州市交通强国示范城市创建方案研究

杭州市委十二届三次全会明确提出,要加快建设独特韵味、别样精彩的世界名城,把杭州建设成为全国"交通强国示范城市"。为解决杭州市城市与交通发展中存在的诸多不和谐问题,认清杭州交通发展形势与使命,做好交通顶层设计和系统谋划,充分发挥交通运输在城市发展中的基础性、服务性、引领性、战略性作用,以《交通强国建设纲要》为指导,深入贯彻落实浙江省交通强国示范区建设的决策部署,通过充分对比国内外发展现状、深入分析问题及趋势,提出杭州交通强市创建应以实现立体交通、产业交通、绿色交通、信用交通"四个引领示范"和美丽交通、数字交通、文明交通、平安交通"4个走在前列"为抓手,打造人民满意的交通杭州样板,助力交通强国建设。

Study on Hangzhou's planning of establishing a model city with strong transportation network

The Third Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee proposed to speed up the construction of a unique and wonderful world-famous city and build Hangzhou into a model city with strong transportation network. Guided by the outline of building a country with strong transportation network, we present an in-depth analysis of problems, trends, and the construction of Zhejiang model area, and put forward the "four strengthening demonstrations" for multilayered transportation, industrialized transportation, intensive transportation and credible transportation, and the "four leading demonstrations" for enchanting transportation, digitalized transportation, civilized transportation and secure transportation.
