 探讨了大众媒体科学普及过程中存在的问题，分析了大众媒体科学普及能力不足的社会原因，表明中国科普事业存在专业化科普力度不够、科学性和可读性难以兼顾、缺少对科学方法和科学精神的传播等问题，主要原因在于全社会对大众媒体科学普及事业支持力度不够、大众媒体话语体系和科学话语体系转换困难、部分大众媒体从业人员科学基础和社会责任意识薄弱等。为提升大众媒体科学普及能力，建议多渠道加大对媒体科普的支持力度、加强媒体科普人才培养和培训、全流程提升媒体科学普及质量。

How to improve the science popularization ability of mass media

The mass media is the main front of the science popularization. In recent years, China's science popularization has shown a good trend of development. But at the same time, some problems still exist, such as the lack of professionalism in the science popularization, the difficulty in balancing the scientific correctness and the readability, and the insufficiency of dissemination of scientific methods and scientific spirit. The main reasons are as follows:the insufficient support to the science popularization of mass media from the whole society; the difficulty in transforming the discourse system of mass media and the scientific discourse system; the weak scientific foundation and social responsibility of some mass media practitioners. In order to improve the science popularization ability of mass media, it is suggested to increase the support for media science popularization through multiple channels, strengthen the cultivation and the training of media science personnel, and improve the quality of media science popularization through the whole process.
