自动平衡补偿矢量精稳测算方法研究

摘    要:自动平衡系统中配重块定位的准确性直接影响动平衡效果,如果定位不准确将导致配重块移动混乱,甚至造成平衡失败。以电磁式双配重平衡系统为研究对象,提出一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)高速采集的自动平衡配重块位置精稳测算方法,并在螺旋桨自动平衡试验台进行试验验证,实现了自动配平补偿矢量的精稳测算,结果表明在1 200 r/min的工作转速下误差不超过1步。该方法脱离了对计算机和高速数采设备的依赖,提高了控制系统的稳定性和灵活性,有利于实现自动平衡系统的轻量化设计,具有良好的工业应用价值。

Abstract:The accuracy of the counterweight positions in an automatic balancing system affects dynamic balancing. If the positions of the counterweights are inaccurate, this will result in poor adjustment or a strong imbalance of the device. A method for calculation of the precise and stable position of the counterweights in an electromagnetic dual-weight balancing system is proposed, and a programmable logic controller (PLC) high-speed acquisition approach is used. An automatic balance test bench is used in a propeller test to determine the compensation vector and obtain the precise positions of the counterweights. The error does not exceed one step at 1 200 r/min. The proposed system does not require a computer or high-speed data acquisition equipment, which improves the stability and flexibility of the control system, facilitates the design of an automatic balancing system, and shows excellent potential for industrial applications.
