| 摘 要： | 中国古代"天人合一"哲学思想与体育本真之间存在着根本的联系。庄子的"天人合一"观昭示体育的发展应该在其自身规律之内进行,体育的发展应该顺应"天"。董仲舒的"天人合一"观带有浓厚的政治性,现代体育在某种程度上也彰显了其政治手段的一面。而大众体育的本真是使人达到与自然身心和谐的目的;竞技体育的本真是追求人类运动极限之"天",现代体育应摒弃古代"天人合一"观自身的狭隘,做到真正的合二为一。
