关于完善江苏省优秀运动队激励政策的思考

完善的激励政策有利于调动运动员、教练员和相关人员的积极性,有利于凝聚集体的智慧和力量,有利于推动全运会各项备战工作顺利、有序、高效的进行。笔者通过对江苏省近三届全运会的奖金、津贴及相关激励政策进行调研分析,得出了大家肯定并应坚持执行的以及可以进一步完善的现行激励政策,并通过深入研究,提出了进一步完善和改进激励政策的几点建议,为运动队的科学管理提供理论参考。
