| 摘 要： | 在分析优秀运动员群体特征的基础上,分别就优秀运动队管理工作职业特点及其具体工作路径作深入研究。就优秀运动队管理工作职业特点而言,主要体现在:(1)管理对象属特殊群体及其特殊性;(2)运动员管理工作职业目标的挑战性;(3)运动员管理工作职业任务的艰苦性;(4)运动员管理工作职业责任的多重性;(5)管理对象职业生涯的有限性。就其具体工作路径而言,主要包括:(1)做好教练员的思想教育工作;(2)突出运动员的主体地位;(3)讲究灌输、引导的情感投入;(4)加强自身学习,树立服务意识和务实作风。
