导引养生功六字诀对中老年人健身效果的影响

摘    要:导引养生功六字诀是中国传统养生文化的重要组成部分。选择中老年人30人,基本情况无显著性差异,并且自愿参加练习与测试。练习时间3个月,每周5次,每天早晨集体练习3遍,约1h。各指标在练功前检测一次,心理情感指标在练功点统一填写。结果表明:受试者身体形态有改善作用;对身体素质有明显改善;心血管功能有更明显效果;对中老年血脂有明显改善。可见,导引养生功六字诀对于中老人身心健康有着积极的作用。

Abstract:Liu Zi Jue Dao-yin Regimen plays a very important role in traditional Chinese health culture.Selecting 30 the elderly with voluntariness to exercise as research subjects whose constitution was not of significant difference,the thesis makes a lively experiment.By 3-month-exercise with the frequency of 5 times per week taking group training triply each morning lasting for an hour or so,the subjects develop a good state of their physical and mental healthy.Closely Comparing the physical indicators detected bef...
