| 摘 要： | 应用三相淤浆床反应器流体力学和甲醇合成基础数据，以ＣＯ、ＣＯ２加氢合成甲醇为独立反应，以ＣＯ、ＣＯ２为关键组分建立三相淤浆床甲醇合成反应器数学模型。通过计算，得到反应组分沿淤浆床高的分布和有关的设计，操作参烽，并分析了反应器的操作适应性。

| Abstract: | Based on the fundamental data of hydrodynamics and methanol synthesis in three phase slurry reactor, the one dimensional mathematical model for the three phase slurry reactor of methanol synthesis has been established by taking hydrogenation of CO and CO 2 as independent reaction, and CO and CO 2 as key components. The parameters of the design and operation, and the distribution of the reaction components in the slurry bed reactor have been obtained by computer calculation, and the operating characteristics of the reactor has been analyzed. |
