摘    要:应用油酸、肾上腺素型肺损伤模型观察家兔早期血气变化,并与CTX组进行对照比较.结果表明:家兔注射CTX、油酸和肾上腺素后3h,呼吸呈进行性加快,PaO2和O2SAT下降,PaCO2、ctCO2、HCO3—降低.CTX引起血气中各项指标改变是肺急性损伤所致,与油酸、肾上腺素型肺损伤相似.

Abstract:To investigate the animal lung injury caused by cardiotoxin(CTX) of cobra. Early changes of blood gas in the modes of rabbits' lungs injury caused by oleic acid and adrenaline were observed,comparing with the group of those caused by cardiotoxin(CTX). The results showed that CTX was injected, after 3 hours,the respiration of rabbits increasingly accelerated,PaO_2 and O_2SAT reduced,PaCO_2 and ctCO_2 decreased,and the concentration of HCO~-_3 reduced. The changes caused by CTX in the indexes of blood gas are the results of acute lung injury,which are similar to the modes of lung injury caused by oleic acid and adrenaline.
