| 摘 要： | 优化农业结构和提高农产品质量是我国农业和农村经济发展的重点，开展农产品品质评价，有利于建立和巩固优质农产品生产基地，实施农产品优质品牌战略。本文探讨建立农产品品质评价方法和体系的必要性，并对评价体系的原则与方法进行阐述。
