增强罪犯的社会适应能力，使其在释放后顺利融入社会，是一项需要各方面共同努力的系统工程。监狱民警应当树立新的理念，在管教工作中要突出“塑造”的功能；要为罪犯将来的前途和命运着想，树立人的全面发展理念，创新管理方法，使罪犯尽快融入社会。
