| 摘 要： | 完善的社会保障制度能够调节收入差距、缓解社会矛盾，是构建和谐社会的一个重要莆阪。但是山西现有的城镇社会保障体系面临着覆盖面较低、社会保障制度不完善、就业形势严峻等问题，亟待进行解决。文章通过分析山西城镇社会保障体系存在的主要问题，提出了解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Perfect social security system can adjust the income gap and ease social conflicts, which is an important prerequisite for building a harmonious society. But in Shanxi, social security system in towns faces problems such as lower coverage, social imperfect security system, severe employment situation and other issues, which need resolving urgently. This paper puts forward solutions by analysis on major problems existing in social security system in towns in Shanxi. |
