高尿酸血症小鼠模型的复制与应用体会

摘    要:目的探讨高尿酸血症小鼠模型复制过程中出现的影响因素并对解决这些影响因素进行分析。方法用次黄嘌呤加氧嗪酸钾复制高尿酸血症模型,在复制过程中,就动物的种类、性别、给药的途径、剂量,血尿酸值、测尿酸选时等进行观察比较。结果经模型复制发现,由于动物的种类、性别、给药的途径、剂量不同等因素,会给模型复制产生不同的影响。结论由于多种因素的影响,次黄嘌呤加氧嗪酸钾复制高尿酸血症模型时应引起注意。

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the factors appeared in process of replicated hyperuricemia mouse model.Methods Hyperuricemia mouse model was replicated with hypoxanthine and oteracil potassium,In replication of the rocess,the animals species、sex、drug delivery means and dosage、blood uric acid value and the test time were observed and compared.Results The replicated model indicated that all the factors including the animal species、sex、drug delivery approach、dosage,etc,could lead to different influences.Conclusion Due to the influence of many factors,hypoxanthine and oteracil potassium hyperuricemia replication model should be given attention.Drug delivery means
