PTFE多孔膜驻极体电荷储存稳定性的机理研究

摘    要:借助于等温表面电位衰减,开路热刺激放电电流测量等方法较系统地研究了充电气的聚四氟乙烯多孔材料的空间电荷稳定性了比较。通过热刺激放电电流谱分析和组合热脉冲技术探索了PTEE驻极体多孔膜内电荷重心的迁移规律,研究了多孔PTEE薄膜驻极体内脱阱电荷的输运规律。

Abstract:The space charge storage stability ofporous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film s was studied and com paried with the solid PTFEfilm by m eans of the isotherm al surface potentialdecay and the open circuit therm ally stimulate discharge (TSD), etc. The shiftrule ofm ean chargedepth fortheporouselectretfilm wasinvestigated and then the charge transportation characteristic ofthe film was studied by TSD experim ent and therm alpulse technique.
