纳米晶交换耦合稀土永磁体制备及磁性能研究

摘    要:利用熔体快淬工艺制备成分为Nd8.16Dy1Fe85.26Nb1B4.58合金的非晶快淬条带,对非晶条带及其随后的晶化样品进行了微结构分析与表征,利用振动样品磁强计对样品进行了磁性及其随温度变化关系的测试,探讨了晶化温度和退火时间及Dy,Nb元素的添加对纳米稀土永磁体磁性能的影响,获得了居里温度和矫顽力较高且剩磁温度系数为正的纳米交换耦合永磁体。

Abstract:The am orphous Nd8.16 Dy1Fe85.26 Nb1B4.58 ribbons have been fabricated by m eans ofm elt-spun overquenching. Microstructure investigation by XRDand TEM of the am orphousand crystalribbonsisreported.them agnetic propertiesand theirdepen- dence of tem perature were determ ined using vibrating sam ple m agnetom eter (VSM). The influence of annealing tem perature, tim e and addition ofDy, Nb on the m agnetic properties of nanostracture rare-earth perm anent m agnet has been also investigated. The nanostructure exchange-coupling perm anent m agnetw ith higher Curie tem peratue and higher coercivity and positive rem anence tem perature coefficient have been ob- tained.
