基于自适应模糊控制的脉冲电磁光阀

摘    要:提出了一种自适应高速脉冲式电磁光阀,由于电磁光阀存在较大的不确定性,为了在基本结构确定的情况下,通过调整驱动电流的波形参数,提高光阀的工作频率,采用了实验的方法,观测在多种可控参数取不同数值时光阀的工作状态,然后据此观测数据,利用遗传算法,设计具有自适应性的模糊控制系统。

Abstract:This paper introduces an adaptive high-speed pulse electrom agnetic light valve. Because ofsome uncertainty ofelectrom agnetic lightvalves, in order to raise the frequency ofthe valve in certain basicstructureby adjusting the param eters ofdrive cur- rent, w e observed the status ofthe valve in variouscontrollable param eters through ex- periments. Then, these data are used to design adaptive fuzzy controlsystem by m eans of genetic algorithm s. The advantages ofthe valve are no influence on the character of thelightpath, sim ple structure,long life, high frequency and relatively largesw itch cali- bre, etc. The valve is applied successfully in 3Dlaserscanning equipm ent.
