含Teflon—AF层的NLO聚合物驻极体双层膜系统的电荷衰减动态特性

摘    要:采用开路热刺激放电法研究了恒压电晕充电极化的含Teflon-AF层的非线性光学聚合物驻极体双层膜系统的电荷动态特性,结合电光效应和表面电位衰减测量结果分析表明:双层膜系统中偶极分子有序取向稳定性明显优于单层非线性光学聚合驻极体,其原因在于Teflon-AF层中高储存稳定性的空间电荷有效地抑制了分子偶极驻极体层中偶极分子有序向的松驰。

Abstract:In thispaper, the charge decay dynam ic characteristic ofthe Teflon-AF/non- linear opticalpolym er electret double layer system , w hich is poled with the m ethod of constantvoltagecoronacharging, isstudied by m eansofm easuring the open-circuitther- m ally stim ulated discharge (TSD),electro-opticalcoefficientand surface potentialdecay. The results indicate that the reason ofstability im provem ent oforiented dipoles forthe double layer film system is that Teflon-AFelectret layer have high storage stability of space charge, and the dipole alignm entis keptby the field form ed by the space charge layersituated in the Teflon-AFlayerand the interface betw een the Teflon-AFlayer and theNLO polymerlayer.
