| 摘 要： | 用PW2403 X射线荧光光谱仪和瑞士RDC公司C-300系列标准物质建立铝电解用预焙阳极的X射线荧光光谱分析方法，该方法准确性好、测定精度高、快速简便，适用于预焙阳极中S、V、Ni、Si、Fe、Al、Na、Ca、Ph等元素的准确测定。

| Abstract: | This method is proposed for analysis of impurities using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method in prebaked anode used in the production of alminium. The method allows rapid analysis, it should be a sensitive and reliable method. The method has been applied to analysis S,V,Ni,Si,Fe,Al,Na,Ca,Pb in prebaked anode with satisfactory result. |
