摘    要:在三维图像,例如LSCM,CT和MRI图像的处理、识别、可视化和计算机绘图中,三维物体的重建是必不可少的.已有的三维物体重建方法是基于二维物体重建的连通模拟法,因此重建速度慢.为此,我们提出一种新的快速的三维物体体素重建方法.在这种方法中,首先采用边沿跟踪和水平扫描的区域标号法重建三维图像的每个平面中的二维物体切片,然后采用伪OR运算和链接表的叠片法重建三维图像中的三维物体实体.作者首先介绍边沿跟踪和水平扫描方法,然后介绍伪OR运算和链接表,最后给出采用这种方法的实验结果的一个例子。

Abstract:In processing, recognition, visualization and computer graphics of 3D images, such as LSCM, CT and MRI images, 3D object construction is essential. The existing methods for 3D object construction are based on connectivity analogized from 2D object construction. Hence, the construction is slow. For this reason, the authors propose a new faster method for volume construction of 3D objects. In the method, the 2D object slices in each plane of a 3D image are first constructed by region labeling using edge following and horizontal scanning. Then the volumes of the 3D objects in the 3D image are constructed by slice merging using pseudo OR operation and link table. In this paper, the edge following and horizontal scanning are first presented. Then the pseudo OR operation and link table are described. An example of the experimental results by the method is given at the end.
