| 摘 要： | 在大功率宽幅摊铺机的基础上,按照沥青路面机械化施工工艺流程,研究了机械化施工工艺中的各个环节,提出了基于大功率宽幅螺旋全埋摊铺机的新机械化施工工艺:对存在一定离析的混合料进行第2次拌和,然后再摊铺.并从级配离析、温度离析和路面密实度三个方面对其实际应用进行了试验研究,证明该工艺是可行的.

| Abstract: | Based on the studies of the high power wide-width paver,each link in mechanization construction technics was studied,and a new mechanized construction technic was proposed according to the process in mechanized construction technics. 2nd time mixes up on the asphalt concrete which has the certain segregation were cawied out, then the asphalt concrete based on the high power and wide-width paver with the spiral buried were repared. The experimental study to its practical application from the graded segregation,the temperature segregation and road surface compactness were conducted. |
