| Abstract: | This paper describes the work responsibility, work contents and work flow of design representative engineer in EPC oversea civil engineering project, and points out that the design representative engineer should do well his work including the assistance for design management of EPC contractors, explanation of construction site, and the communication with foreign engineers and technicians. |
