城镇供水工程的经济规模研究

城镇化水平是衡量一个国家现代化水平的重要标志。我国目前的城镇化水平还很低,因此,城镇化建设将是我国今后一个时期国民经济和社会发展的战略重点,而作为城镇化建设的重要组成和基础支撑的城镇供水工程项目大多处在空白或初期阶段。文章根据现阶段国家的政策、经济、技术以及评价要求,结合城镇供水工程的自身特点和属性,在对城镇水资源需求与承载力分析的基础上,提出了城镇供水工程的经济规模确定及经济评价方法,将对合理评价供水工程的经济效果,促进城镇建设与发展起到积极的作用。

Research on the economic scale considering the construction of urban water supply projects

The urban water supply engineering is an important component and basic support of urban development. In this paper,based on the current related economic policy and technological specification,a discussion is made about the economic characteristics of urban water supply projects,the composition of the demand for urban water resource and the bearing capacity of urban water resource. The determination of the economic scale in consideration of the utilization of urban water resource is studied. The economic evaluation of urban water supply projects is described. The presented work is beneficial to the rational evaluation of economic effects of urban water supply projects and the development of cities and towns.
