微胶囊化HBCD成囊致密性研究

摘    要:用原位聚合法制备了以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为壁材的HBCD微胶囊,讨论了缩聚温度、缩聚pH值及芯壁材质量比对微胶囊表观的影响,利用扫描电镜、透射电镜及光电子能谱对微胶囊HBCD进行了表征,证实了HBCD已被完全包覆。

Abstract:Microcapsules of HBCD with melamine formaldehyde resins wall were prepared by in-situ polymerization. Effects of polycondensation temperature, polycondensation pH, mass ratio of core material and wall of microeapsules on appearance of the mierocapsules were discussed. The physical and chemical properties of the microcapsulated HBCD were characterized by SEM, TEM and XPS, which all give the positive evidence that HBCD has been coated compactly.
