草酸钙积垢形成机理的研究

摘    要:以温度,pH值和初始浓度为变量分别为蒸发过程积垢的主要成分单水草酸钙(COM)进行动力学和热力学研究,测定其在各种不同条件下的溶解度和过饱和度,实验结果表明,单水草酸钙(COM)为顺溶盐类,pH值对其溶解度的影响甚小,认为结晶过程是单水草酸钙(COM)积垢的主要机理。

Abstract:Studies of kinetics and thermodynamics on of Calcium Oxalate Monohydrate (COM), the main composition of the scale on the calandria tube of evaporators, were investigated with the changes of temperature, pH value and initial concentration respectively. Its solubility and supersaturation were determined under various conditions. The experimental results showed that Calcium Oxalate Monohydrate(COM) is normal solubility compound, its solubility is rather independent of pH. It is suggested that crystallization may be the main mechanism of fouling of COM.
