| 摘 要： | 阐述了新环境的基本特征,分析了新环境对图书馆和图书馆员发展带来的影响,提出了图书馆和图书馆员应对新环境的策略,结合案例对＂文化部关于贯彻落实《国务院关于推进文化创意和设计服务与相关产业融合发展的若干意见》的实施意见＂进行了专业解读。
