高校图书馆学科分馆馆员职业化发展问题研究——以法学学科分馆为例

尽管信息技术不断进步且高校对学科研究的重视程度不断提高,但高校图书馆学科分馆的建设却呈现出停滞不前的状态。在文献综述的基础上,分析了我国高校图书馆学科分馆馆员职业化发展面临的问题,借鉴国外高校学科分馆馆员职业化发展经验,提出了相关建议,以实现学科分馆的转型与发展。

A Study on the Professionalized Development of Librarians in Subject Branch of University Library---Taking the Legal Subject Branch Library as an Example

Although the the information technology continues to advance and university＇s attention to subject research continues to be improved, the construction of subject branch of university library is still in a state of stagnancy. Based on the literature review, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the professionalized development of librarians in subject branch of university library, and using the foreign countries＇ experiences of the professionalized development of librarians in subject branch of university library for reference, puts forward some corresponding suggestions on realizing the transformation and development of the subject branch library.
