摘    要:随着水电施工企业经营规模的不断壮大,企业的能力建设就显得尤为重要,其能力建设的核心就体现在人力资源管理上。由于工作环境差、生活艰苦、流动性强等因素的影响,施工企业的人才流失现象由来已久,人才需求和供给的不匹配将直接制约着企业的发展。如何解决这一问题,建立稳定、高素质的人才队伍成为企业走可持续发展道路的当务之急。本文旨在寻求水利水电施工企业技术及管理人才流失的原因,寻找人才管理出路,使企业健康有序发展。

Abstract:With the growing scale of hydropower construction, capacity building of enterprises is particularly important, the core of its capacity building is reflected in the management of human resources. Loss due to poor working conditions, life, liquidity factors, the construction company% talent long time, talent demand and supply mismatch will directly restricts the development of enterprises. How to solve this probiem, and to establish a stable, high quality talent team become the top priority of enterprises to take the road of sustainable development. This article aims to seek the reasons for the loss of water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprise technology and management talent, looking for a way out of the talent management, healthy and orderly development of the enterprise.
