基于STM32的瓦斯检测系统的研究

摘    要:为了降低因瓦斯浓度超标而导致的煤矿安全隐患,保证煤矿安全生产工作的顺利开展和矿工的人身安全,本文设计了一种基于STM32F103单片机的煤矿瓦斯浓度在线检测与报警系统。该系统采用32位处理器作为整个测量系统的控制单元,不仅提高整个系统的运行速度,而且扩展了系统的多个应用功能,利用传感器技术,以软硬件相结合的设计方法,精确地在线检测瓦斯浓度并实现实时数据反馈。该系统具有性能稳定,结构简单,智能化,精确性,实时性等特点,在很大程度上减少了不必要的人工操作所带来的检测误差以及检测成本。

Abstract:In order to cut down coal mine safety hazards caused by gas concentration exceeding the standard line, to ensure the smooth development of coal mine safety work and the personal safety of miners, in this paper, we design a online gas concentration detection and alarm system based on STM32F103 microcontroller. We choose the 32-bit processor as the control unit of the entire measurement system, not only to improve the speed of it, but also extend the multiple applications, using sensor technology and a combination of hardware and software design, to accurately detect gas concentration online, and achieve real-time data feedback. The system has a lot of characteristics such as a stable performance, simple structure, intelligent, accuracy, real-time and so on, which has reduced errors of unnecessary manual detection and testing costs.
