水泥混凝土路面沥青缓冲封层的力学分析

摘    要:新修订的《公路水泥混凝土路面施工技术规范》(JTG F30)版本中提到了关于水泥混凝土路面设置沥青缓冲封层的技术,但是目前国内外关于水泥混凝土设置沥青缓冲封层的力学分析仍未完善,本文利用三维有限元方法计算静力荷载下路面力学响应情况。通过设置沥青缓冲封层的水泥混凝土路面与普通水泥混凝土路面对比,同时改变沥青封层厚度找出与路面力学响应的规律以及影响程度。从而得出了沥青缓冲封层对提高路面结构力学性能的依据。通过不同厚度沥青封层力学分析,再综合造价以及工程实际情况,提出了将沥青封层厚度控制在3-5cm的建议,分析结果对水泥路面沥青缓冲封层的设计以及施工应用提供一定的参考。

Abstract:The newly revised cement concrete pavement construction specification (JTG F30) referred to the technology of setting asphalt seal course under cement concrete pavement, However, mechanical analysis of asphalt seal course under cement concrete pavement still remain blank at home and abroad. Through a three-dimensional finite element analysis p program to compute the mechanical response of asphalt seal course under cement concrete pavement. By changing the thickness of asphalt seal course, the elastic modulus of structural layers to identify the rule and influence to the pavement. Taking cost and the actual situation into consideration, author recommendations asphalt seal layer thickness should be control in the 3- 5era.This paper provide a reference on the design and construction of e asphalt seal course under cement concrete pavement.
