聚丙烯/马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的非等温结晶研究

摘    要:采用熔融插层法制备了聚丙烯/马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯/蒙脱土(PP/PP-MA/MMT)纳米复合材料,并用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对体系的非等温结晶动力学进行了研究。结果表明,蒙脱土和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯的加入能够明显促进聚丙烯的结晶,提高聚丙烯的结晶温度及结晶速率,起到了异相成核的作用。

Abstract:The melt intercalation method was employed to prepare polypropylene/maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene/montmorillonite(PP/PP MA/MMT) nanocomposites and the non isothermal crystallization kinetics of the composites was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimeltry(DSC). The results showed that both the crystallization temperature and rate of PP were increased by the introduction of PP MA and MMT units, which functioned as a kind of heterogeneous nucleation centers during the non isothermal crystallization process of PP.
