绝缘门极双极晶体管弧焊逆变器研究

摘    要:本文介绍了采用绝缘门极双极晶体管(IGBT)作为开关元件的弧焊逆变器。讨论了其工作原理,IGBT 的结构特点,以及使用 LEM 电流传感器实现的电流反馈系统。并通过效率、功率因数的测定及工艺试验表明,所研制的150安培 IGBT 弧焊逆变器是一种高效、节能、轻便、很有发展前景的逆变电源。

Abstract:This paper introduces the IGBT inverter for arc wel-ding in which the principle of the inverter,the structure and characteristics of IGBT and the current feedback system using LEM current transducer are discussed.By the measurement of efficiency and power factor and the tests of welding processes,the developed 150A IGBT inverter proves to be a kind of high-efficiency,energy -saving and portable power supply for arc welding with a broad prospect.
