摘    要:地铁车辆在运营过程中出现构架局部裂纹,极大的影响列车运行的安全可靠性。分析引起构架裂纹的激扰源特征。利用时频分析技术,对现场测试数据进行分析计算,提出构架局部裂纹的原因及改进措施。通过测试数据和有限元分析模型的对比,确定构架42 Hz及51 Hz固有模态的存在。在此基础上,分析计算得出轨道、轮对、牵引传动系统周期性的激扰是导致构架裂纹的根本原因。采取相应改进措施后,构架振动情况得到改善。根据分析结论对车辆运营方和设计方提出相应建议。

Abstract:In the process of operation, some parts of the metro vehicle frame crack, which greatly affects the safety. This article analyses the characteristics of excitation source. Using time-frequency analysis techniques, the field test data was analyzed; reasons and improvement measures are proposed. Through the comparison of the test data and the finite element analysis model, the intrinsic modes of the frame are worked out as 42Hz and 51Hz. On this basis, through calculation and analysis, it is found that the periodic excitations of rail, wheel, and traction drive system are the fundamental cause of frame cracking. Taking corresponding measures, the vibration of the frame is improved. Based on the results of analysis, proposals are also given on train operation and design.
