摘    要:针对TDIP发射机储能系统中串联的超级电容电压不均衡问题,通过分析引起串联超级电容器组电压不均衡的原因,对比串联超级电容现有的均压技术,提出了一种新型的电压均衡技术,并介绍了该方法的工作原理。搭建了系统实验电路,对提出的新方法进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,这种电压均衡方法效率高、能够实现快速均压,同时安装简便、成本低,对TDIP发射机储能系统中的超级电容器组均压具有较高应用价值。

Abstract:To solve the voltage imbalance problem of the series connected super-capacitors in the TDIP transmitter energy storage systems, a novel type of voltage equalization technology is proposed after analyzed the existing equalization technology. The working principle of the circuit was analyzed. Furthermore, the electric circuit was built to verify the novel method. It showed that the new voltage equalization technology is efficient and voltage-sharing can be achieved rapidly, which was proved by Experimental results. At the same time, it is easily installed, low cost, and has great application prospects in the voltage balancing of super-capacitors unit in the TDIP transmitter energy storage system.
