摘    要:针对在模具设计中选择和评估分模线的问题,提出一种模糊多准则决策(MCDM)的扩展方法。首先利用语言变量表示分模线备选方案的评级和准则重要性权值;然后,基于这些语言值求出最终模糊评估值的隶属函数;最后通过一种新型的最大最小集排序方法将规范化加权评级解模糊成清晰值;并对备选方案进行优劣排序。验证和对比实验表明了方法的有效性,与传统模糊多准则决策方法的比较表明,更具有适用性。

Abstract:For the issue that the selection and evaluation of the parting line in mould design, a fuzzy multi criteria decision making (MCDM) expansion method is proposed. This method first uses linguistic variables that rating and criterion weight divided alternative model line, then the language value for the membership function of the fuzzy evaluation based on the value, finally, the normalized weighted ratings are defuzzified into crisp values by using a new maximizing set and minimizing set ranking approach to determine the ranking order of alternatives. The effectiveness of proposed method has been verified by verify and contrast experiment, results by comparing with the traditional fuzzy multi criteria decision making method indicates the applicability of proposed method.
