| 摘 要： | 对半夏厚朴汤的抗抑郁作用进行初步的研究。采用慢性束缚应激刺激对大鼠进行抑郁造模;并通过大鼠强迫游泳、悬尾、糖水偏好等行为学实验测试,评价半夏厚朴汤的抗抑郁作用。实验结果知,半夏厚朴汤200、500 mg/kg能显著缩短大鼠强迫游泳、悬尾不动时间,同时也显著提高大鼠糖水偏好率。因此,半夏厚朴汤具有显著的抗抑郁作用。 |

| Abstract: | : To evaluate the antidepressant effect Banxia-houpu Decoction on a preliminary study. A model of chronic restraint stress on depression rats was applied, with such behavioral tests of forced swimming test, tail suspension test and sucrose preference test to evaluate the antidepressant-like effect of Banxia-houpu Decoction. From the results, Banxia-houpu Decoction at the dosage of 200,500 mg/kg in rats can significantly shorten the immobility time of forced swim test and tail suspension test, also significantly increased the rate of sucrose preference in rats. Therefore, Banxia-houpu Decoction has a significant antidepressant-like effect. |
