基于比例积分的机载光电载荷振动控制

摘    要:机载光电载荷一般是以吊舱的形式装挂于作战飞机上,它利用前视红外、电视、激光等光电传感器对地面目标进行搜索、识别、跟踪以及激光指示;因其机动灵活、实时准确、范围广、针对性强的特点,已经成为获得各类图像信息的主要平台。良好的成像质量是利用光电载荷成功执行各种任务的前提;而恶劣的振动环境往往会严重的影响光电载荷的成像质量。首先分析了机载光电载荷的振动环境的特点,然后据此提出了基于比例积分算法的振动控制方法。仿真分析表明,该方法既能达到与Skyhook方法相同的振动控制效果,又能减小结构柔度,从而使光电载荷既能衰减载体传来的振动又能抑制直接激励引起的振动。

Abstract:Optical payloads generally mounted on combat aircrafts in the form of the pods, which search, identification, tracking and laser designation for ground targets using FLIR, TV and laser photoelectric sensor. Because of its advantages of flexible, real-time, accurate, a wide range, Optical payloads has become a major platform to access to various types of image information. Good image quality is a prerequisite for successful performing various tasks, while harsh vibration environment often has a serious impact on the quality of optical imaging load. This paper analyzes the characteristics of optical payload vibration environment, and accordingly vibration control method based on proportional integral algorithm was proposed. Simulation results show that this method cannot only achieve the same effect as Skyhook vibration control, but also reduce the structural flexibility, so that this isolator can both attenuation the vibration from load carriers and suppress the vibration coming from direct excitation.
