中部地区工业反哺农业的战略思考

工业反哺农业是构建和谐社会的要求，是打破“三农”问题产生根源的二元社会经济结构的要求，是扩大内需、促进经济持续、快速增长的要求，是发展农业生产、保障粮食安全和提高我国农产品国际竞争力的要求，我国经济发展总体上已经到了工业反哺农业、城市支持农村阶段，具备了工业反哺农业的能力。而中部地区多数是农业大省，尤其是要重视自身的差异，在工业反哺农业问题上要有新的思路和途径。

Strategic Considerations on Industry Nurturing Agriculture in Central Region of China

The overall thought of industry-nurturing-agriculture is the demand of the construction of a harmonious society,the breakthrough of the existence of dual-economic structure,the expansion of domestic demand,the promotion of a sustained,rapid growth of national economy,and the enhancement of international competitiveness of agricultural products.The economic development of China has totally arrived to the stage of industry-nurturing-agriculture and ability of industry-nurturing-agriculture.But the central provinces mostly are big agricultural provinces,they should particularly value the differences themselves,and have new thinking and new path of industry-nurturing-agriculture.
