Ca-S复合易切削不锈钢钻削加工性试验研究

摘    要:本文从钻头的耐用度、钻削力、钻削温度和断、排屑等方面,对新研制的0Cr16Ni10CaS易切不锈钢的钻削加工性进行了试验研究。并利用扫描电镜等手段对钻屑根部进行了观察,分析了其易切削机理。由于复合加入了Ca、S易切削元素,在钻削时,起到了形成微空洞、应力集中源、减少内摩擦和降低加工硬化等作用。因而有效地改善了其钻削加工性。

Abstract:The drillability of a newly-developed composite stainless steel,ie.the free-cutting Ca-S austenitic steel 0Cr16NiloCaS,was experimentally investigated the way the tool life, drilling force, drilling temperature, chip's breakability and removability were all examined. It's cutting mechanism is analyzed metallogra -phically by using SEM,etc.,to observe the morphologies of chip's roots. It is proved that 0Cr16Ni10CaS is better than its base steel 0Cr18Ni9 in drillabilily because of the composite addition of non-metal elements Ca and S which are in favour of machining. When drilling the composite addition play the role of forming microvoids and the source of stress concentration in deformation zone, thus decreasing the internal friction and work hardenability to improve efficiently the drillability.
